Based in Marinette, WI, Northern Lights Clinic looked to BR to launch an new clinic in the Green Bay market. However, launching a new clinic in a highly-competitive health care market was a task that required a solid strategy and commitment to marketing. That commitment had to be long-term to see results from a start-up clinic.
After completing an extensive brand immersion process, we vitalized the brand image and developed “Big enough to cure, small enough to care,” to communicate that patients get the best of both worlds at Northern Lights Clinic. We supported the new brand position with a media mix of TV, print, and out-of-home, while communicating the brand story online via a new website that included video testimonials. We also enhanced the patient experience by developing a set of web tools to make test results easy to understand. With a Phase 2 strategy to launch and promote their Sinus Center, Northern Lights Clinic continues to exceed projections and expectations.
Still only 2 years in the Green Bay market, NLC’s patient traffic has doubled and surgeries are up 40%.
